There will be two types of payment options: Cash on Delivery & Online Payment.
You can avail cash on delivery facilities Since we provide applicable all over Bangladesh. Our delivery agent will collect the cash after giving home delivery of the ordered product(s) for Inside Dhaka and for Outside Dhaka customers have to pay the due amount to the courier service before collecting the product(s).
We are using bKash & SSL-Commerz payment gateway to receive online payments from our honorable customers. It’s a secure and convenient way to manage your account and your time.
Nilima products are available for payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express (debit, credit and gift cards), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad etc).
The total billed amount for your order will be charged to your credit card after your card has been approved [An OTP (one time password) will be sent to your mobile number that is attached to your card & after input the password; payment will be completed.]
Your order will automatically be cancelled if the charged amount exceeds the credit limit on your card.
NILIMA highly values the urgency of your orders. We endeavor to make sure that your ordered products reach your door in the fastest possible time. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail from our Customer Services Department. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

● Inside Dhaka within 02 working days & Outside Dhaka within 07 working days.
● Inside Dhaka delivery Charge is 70 Taka, Outside Dhaka Delivery Charge is 150 Taka.
Note: *If the weight increase, the charge will change accordingly.
After you receive the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 10 minutes to let you check on the product. If you have any issue with the product, you can contact our Customer Services Department and return the product instantly. We don’t accept returns unless the product is defective.
Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for the occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that: Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items. Bear in mind that in the case of returns by mail, NILIMA will not accept cash on delivey and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
