Merchandise availability on our website is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.

As a responsible high-end retailer, we will try our level best to deliver your orders within a specific schedule. This schedule may vary in case of any unavoidable circumstances (please check the Force Majeure )
If you provide incorrect personal data or shipping addresses during the purchase process, we shall not be liable for the non-delivery of goods/products.
If our delivery agent does not find anyone available to receive the ordered products at the given delivery address, the agent will make multiple phone calls to the phone number provided by the customer. If the customer is unreachable, the agent will leave the delivery address with the product. We will try to deliver the product on the next business day and if we are unable to do so, the order will be deemed to be cancelled. The customer needs to order again to get the product.
